A growing non-emergency transportation platform needed a redesign of its mobile app for drivers and care providers. My role was to improve the experience by enhancing reliability, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the product could scale with new demand.

The Challenge
The legacy app was unreliable, frustrating to use, and full of workarounds that slowed down operations. Drivers struggled with the system, leading to more cancellations, inefficiencies, and roadblocks to scaling.

Through in-depth research, user testing, and a variety of UX Methods we were able to:
