Project Overview
Getting to a medical appointment shouldn’t feel like a hassle. CarePilot pairs patients with trusted drivers to ensure every ride is safe, smooth, and respectful.
I led the end-to-end redesign of the CarePilot driver app, addressing key UX frustrations and streamlining task flows so drivers could focus on what matters most—caring for people, not fighting the interface.
Partnering closely with engineering and product teams, I made sure every design decision worked in real-world scenarios and could scale with the company’s growth.

Outdated Tools Were Undermining Care
Drivers were CarePilot’s frontline—but the tools they relied on weren’t helping them succeed.

This friction wasn’t just frustrating—it was slowing down operations and eroding trust.

Our design process prioritized interaction decisions with beautiful UI .
Information Architecture & Content Mapping gave us a top-down view of the product’s complexity and helped us define purpose per screen.
Userflows & Wireframes ensured each tap moved drivers forward, not sideways.
Persona-driven User Stories kept us grounded in empathy and real use cases.

From Pickup to Dropoff: A Clearer Trip Experience
We redesigned the core trip flow to guide drivers smoothly from pickup to drop-off. With real-time data, deep Google Maps integration, and offline handling, drivers had what they needed—no guesswork.
